We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal™. These payment options apply to the countries and states we ship to.
We ship our products through SF Express, which covers delivery to Hong Kong SAR, China and Macau. Please contact us by email at email@example.com or by mobile at +852 9506 6300 for a quotation for shipments to other regions.
Products ordered on our site will be dispatched and delivered within 14 business days. The shipping fee is complimentary on all local orders in Hong Kong.
If the delivery of the product(s) is delayed, you will be informed by email as soon as we are aware of the situation. The email to you will advise you on the updated shipping status. Depending on the type of product and length of delay, you may according to the circumstance cancel the order through a formal request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and Exchanges
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product(s) is damaged during the delivery process. You are advised to take a picture of the damaged product(s) and notify us by email no later than 14 days upon receiving the goods. Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. Claims must be made by email to email@example.com. In the email, please include your order reference number in the subject line. We will confirm the receipt of all claims in writing. We will also verify the receipt of all good returns to us in writing.
